ADAM SCHROEDER
Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Adam began learning about the real estate investing space during the 2006/2007 timeframe, which definitely created a learning experience for the ages. Learning, and then taking action, however, took a little bit longer.
After leaving the real estate space for a few years, Adam entered the turnkey space in 2011 and started learning more of the ropes. After working on the marketing side and seeing how successful investors were growing their portfolios, Adam began investing in single family rentals in Memphis, TN in 2017. He and his wife quickly scaled their portfolio to 6 properties across 3 markets.
Eventually. Adam’s real estate portfolio delved into the new construction space as Build to Rent became more and more prominent in the industry. After adding 3 new builds in the Atlanta area, Adam began selling off some of his rehabs that weren’t performing up to the standards he needed to fund other real estate ventures.
Around 2019, Adam started working directly with investors and helped them start to identify properties that aligned with their portfolio goals. He co-founded Premier Turnkey with Grant McMillan because the two of them firmly believe they can provide the investors the best deal that will help them be successful long term.
Over the years, Adam has bought and sold over a dozen properties for himself and helped hundreds of clients purchase properties to realize their real estate investing goals and dreams. His passion is in identifying growth markets where investors can come in, cash flow, and be aligned with the path of progress to see their investment grow over time. Education is key to that, which is why he enjoys the podcast and YouTube videos so much, and why he geeks out making market data packets so investors can feel secure in the markets where they’re investing their hard earned money.
When he’s not building his own portfolio or helping others build their own, Adam enjoys curling, disc golf, and being a part of Scouting America with his sons, as well as traveling with his wife of 19+ years.

GRANT MCMILLAN
Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Grant McMillan is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Premier Turnkey, where he helps busy professionals build passive rental portfolios without the headaches of active ownership.
His passion for real estate began in early 2013 while working as a credit analyst for a large regional bank in Lubbock, Texas. In that role, Grant developed a strong foundation in underwriting cash-flowing properties, identifying appreciating markets, and uncovering opportunities off the beaten path. After several years as a credit analyst, he expanded his expertise through commercial real estate lending, primarily working with homebuilders and rehabbers, further deepening his understanding of investment real estate from the lender’s perspective. It was during this time that Grant and his wife decided to jump into real estate investing. They purchased a property from his uncle and have never looked back. During this journey, Grant and his wife learned the “ins and outs” of remodeling, tenant placement, and taking care of the tenants. Grant continues to build his portfolio and is passionate about passive, turnkey real estate.
In early 2019, Grant left banking to pursue an opportunity as Chief Operating Officer for one of his former banking clients. It was there that he learned the importance of running a business the right way, with a strong emphasis on relationships and long-term value creation. During his tenure, he helped scale the company from 20 W-2 employees and more than 100 independent sales representatives to over 100 W-2 employees and 500+ 1099 sales representatives. Revenue also grew significantly during this period, increasing from approximately $200,000 per month to more than $2.5 million per month by the time of his departure in June 2023.
After several successful years as a COO, Grant and his wife relocated to College Station, Texas, where he joined a turnkey real estate marketing company and again served as COO for two and a half years. During this time, he helped streamline operations, grow the sales team, and facilitate the addition of an equity partner to support the company’s continued growth.
Following his departure, Grant partnered with Adam Schroeder to form Premier Turnkey. Together, they share a vision centered on client-first service and delivering unmatched opportunities in the turnkey space. Grant and Adam believe that relationships matter, and that a good investment can become a great one when clients know the heavy lifting has been done and that their best interests always come first.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys being outdoors with his family and friends. He resides in College Station, Texas, though he was formed—and remains deeply rooted—in the South Plains of Texas. His work ethic was shaped in the cotton fields and pastures of West Texas, and he proudly carries that mindset into everything he does at Premier Turnkey.
